Hours of Operation
The center is available between the hours of 8:00am to Midnight.
Monday through Thursday are considered weekday rates;
Friday after 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend rates.

Deposits: 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to event.
Additional deposit of $200.00 dollars is required when bringing food into the facility.
Additional staffing rates may apply for evening and weekend events.

* Campbell Road Community Center (CRCC) is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility.

West Hall/N. Concourse
Approximate size = 4000 sq. ft.

Rental Rates:
$100.00 per hour w/ 2hr. minimum on weekdays
$125.00 per hour w/ 4hr. minimum on weekends
or $900.00 for entire day (8:00am to Midnight)

6 tables and 175 chairs included in rental rate



East Hall
Approximate size = 2200 sq. ft.

Rental Rates:
$85.00 per hour w/ 2hr. minimum on weekdays
$100.00 per hour w/ 4hr minimum on weekends
or $700.00 for entire day (8:00am to Midnight)

4 tables and 100 chairs included in rental rate



Conference Room
Approximate size = 450 sq. ft.

Rental Rates:
$50.00 per hour w/ 2hr. minimum on weekdays
* Not available on weekends unless renting a larger room.

4 tables and 24 chairs included in rental rate



Kitchen/S. Concourse
Equipped with 2 stoves/ovens, refrigerator, freezer, sink, 2 microwaves, and an ice machine.

Rental Rate:
$100.00 weekdays
$150.00 weekends, Rental rate includes 4 tables

Sound Equipment & Party Lighting
Sound system w/1 microphone (hand held or lapel)
$100.00 on weekdays
$150.00 on weekends *
$20.00 per each additional microphone

Lighting and party effects are available when renting the west hall for an additional $50.00.
This includes: Mirror Ball, colored disco lights, and a fog machine.
We can also arrange Karaoke to make your party complete. (Ask for quote)

* The Sound system and party lighting require a CCRC sound technician at an additional hourly fee
when renting these systems during evening or weekend hours. There is no charge for this technician M-F during the day.



Media & Meeting Equip.
TV / VCR setup = $45.00
Overhead Projector = $25.00
EIKI presentation projector = $50.00
4 x 6 dry erase board = $25.00



* Phone lines, Fax, Copy machine and coffee service are available upon request.
